@Tomi - eu nu imi aduc sa fi vazut asta, dar nici nu am stat chiar tot timpu langa ei. Merg toate treptele suficient de usor in mers, doar pe loc sunt mai greu de manevrat.
@yula - nu stiu cat e si vina lor, mie mi se pare ca atata timp cat stii sa montezi/demontezi fara ghicii pana la ultima piesa stii ce faci. Acum clar ca mai sunt unele detalii ce tin de experienta in a face asa ceva sau numai asa ceva, nu pot sa zic ca sunt la nivelul celor de la syncrotech dar isi fac treaba bine. E greu sa gasesti pe cineva care face super bine si sa-l pot si evalua eu personal. Problema mea chiar nu pot sa le-o pun in carca pentru ca daca era ceva ce nu ar fi facut ei bine, cutia nu ar fi mers perfect timp de 6 luni. Ce a fost a fost, poate numai in laborator dupa multe teste poti sa aflii, altfel tre sa rezolvam ce avem acum.

Can you please verify with your technician that each gear was able to spin freely with no problem when the sleeve was in the neutral position. This is very important. If the synchro is locked in place it will cause shifting problems and burnish the synchro. It is also important that the synchros are oiled during assembly. If you are feeling an issue with all gears I would check the clutch to ensure that it is not dragging. Also you want to use a fluid that is compatible with Honda Transmissions and will need to be around the viscosity of a 10w30 motor oil. Anything thicker will cause damage to the transmission and shifting issues. The only motul that I have seen used was specially formulated for FF vehicles. You may be using the incorrect fluid. Please check.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION:
We test fit every synchro on a new OEM gear however the fit may vary in each transmission. It is important for the installer to check and adjust the fit to make sure each gear with a synchro turns freely with the slider in the middle position. The synchro fit may be adjusted by lightly sanding the carbon material. If the synchro is run tight or not oiled during assembly it will burn and fail prematurely.
