Zgarieturile alea sunt bine ca sunt acolo, e mai rau daca sunt ca si oglinda. Sa iti masoare cilindri sa nu fie ovalizati si apoi ii poate honui un pic de mana. Vibrochenul ala arata tare bine
Un alt lucru care trebuie verificat sunt ghidurile de la supapa, sunt mai importante decat simeringurile.

@ Yula : Stii cumva cum ar trebui sa fac un rodaj corect pentru motorul B18C6 ? M-am gandit sa fac circa 1000 km fara sa depasesc pragul de 5000 rot/min, iar dupa cei 1000 km sa fac un schimb de ulei , iar dupa aceea talpa ....
Dupa 3 luni si multi-multi bani se pare ca a venit timpul sa asamblam masina . Piesele de cutie le-am facut rost foarte greu si a luat mult timp pana au ajuns . Motorul de 2 luni este gata, am stat pana acum din cauza cutiei . Daca iese totul OK, ne apucam de masina in a treia zi de Craciun . O sa revin cu poze cand ne apucam de asamblare, pana atunci Sarbatori Fericite la toata lumea !
Piesele noi de cutie, dar de aici mai lipsesc un rulment si un semering care au venit mai tarziu .

Aia cu rodajul e greu de zis si pareriile sunt impartite. Personal cred ca e bine sa o cresti in turatii treptat (schimbi la 3mii, apoi la 4, 5 etc) fara retrogradari ca sa faci segmentii aia sa se muleze dupa camasi. Dar poti face cum crezi tu de cuviinta.

Pana acum am bagat Repsol si cred ca si in continuare o sa bag la fel . Daca nu ma insel la ultimele 4-5 schimburi a fost 10w40, pentru ca papa si asa cam mult deci nu am pus ulei mai subtire . Tipul de la service care e cunoscator in domeniul Superbike-urilor, zice ca in cutie trebuie 10w40, nu ma intrebati ce marca, atata stiu ca uleiul acela se foloseste si la superbikeuri, unde sunt turatii foarte mari . Sincer nu stiam pana acum ca rodajul nu se face pe sintetic ci pe mineral, thanks Tomi . Sper ca gasim o solutie buna si pentru motor, oricum m-am gandit ca dupa 1000 km schimb imediat, iar dupa vreo 3-4000 km la fel iar numai dupa aceea incep ciclurile normale de 8000 km .
